Refurbished Kindle only £79.99 ($130)

I’ve been on the lookout for a second-hand Kindle at a decent price. I tried eBay of course, but the sellers there seem to think that it’s okay to price their second-hand goods higher than Amazon does for a brand new Kindle. Madness.

However, here’s the not-much-mentioned thing. You can pick up a refurbished Kindle for just shy of £80 ($130) straight from Amazon. It will have been fully checked and even comes with a 30-day guarantee, which sounds like a pretty sweet deal to me.

Update: It’s actually a full year guarantee, as you would get with a brand new Kindle, and a 30-day return period. Apparently, you don’t get a mains charger though. But you do get a USB cable. Still a bargain.
