Sony Tablets Coming in September
Publishers Weekly:
Tablet S is the larger of the two, having a 9.4-inch touchscreen display and weighing in at 1.33 lbs.The device is priced at $499 (16GB) and $599 (32GB). The device will ship with Android 3.1, aka Honeycomb, the Android OS optimized for tablets. The dual-screen Tablet P–with two 5.5-inch screens that can be folded into a larger format–is aimed at the mobile communications market. Both devices come with access to a full suite of Sony entertainment services, including its Reader Store, and as part of the launch, customers will receive a free e-book download.
I’d suggest that this means Sony are more or less abandoning the e-reader market. Why take on the might of Amazon when you can pick an easier fight with… oh. Apple.

i buy the Sony s tablet last week, and i try it, i don’t like it and thinking to return it back, the cable for battery is hard to connect and will broke soon and easily, and you can’t download anything on it, no Application will work out side the USA ,i have it and move to Iraq, and not allowed to download this application out side the USA, so is relay just good for music and videos , and i don’t want to bay 600 dollars just for only that,
i don’t recommend the Sony to any one is he work out side united stats,
