'Write what comes naturally'
My advice to anyone wanting to be published is write what comes naturally, not what you think publishers want to read. Publishers adore new voices and new angles around age-old topics. They don’t want carbon-copies of other writers on their books. So if you write from the heart about what inspires and fascinates you, then you’re half-way there.
